Thespian State Festival

During Spring break, our CHS acting troupe went to the 2017 Thespian State Festival and competed against approximately 8000 students from high schools all over the state of Florida. The judges gave our troupe 3 EXCELLENTS and 3 SUPERIORS for the following students in the following categories:

SUPERIOR

Pantomime with Erin Murphy, Kyle Hillyer, Francesca McCulloch, and Justin Wilson…
Solo Musical with Tyler Wade
Two Contrasting Monologues with Spencer Lucas

EXCELLENT

Duet musical with Kristina Kourkoulos and Marissa Milam
Student Directed Scene with Tyler Wade(director) Ryan Wade, Justin Wilson, Kristina Kourkoulos, Hannah Denker and Emme Meyers
Duet acting with Emme Meyers and Hannah Denker
